Asymptomatic 70-year-old man has 4 cm lesion in the periphery of the RUL lung on CXR.

After negative results on bronchoscopy, a transthoracic needle biopsy specimen is positive for primary adenocarcinoma. He refuses any resective surgery, has mild chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, but is otherwise in good health.
